I have lived in ascent for 3 years now. I have truly enjoyed my time here. The community is beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located. I really appreciate the new management team and all they have done to help me transition to a new unit. Joaquin has been especially helpful! He has been there from the search for the perfect unit, to signing a new lease, and through the process of getting settled. He is kind, helpful, and reliable. An absolute gem in this community. We truly appreciate him and his dedication to the community. We have also had an incredible experience with the maintenance team. Raymond, Angel, and Adaris were all so friendly and attentive to detail. They made sure our unit was perfect and up to our personal standards all while giving us some good laughs! They are all a great addition to the community! Their knowledge and expertise help them provide excellent service to everyone at Ascent!

We recently moved into Ascent Apartments, and so far our experience has been very positive. The leasing team has been friendly and welcoming from the start. Mauricio initially helped us through the leasing process and was great to work with. On move-in day, Joaquin was the only person in the office, yet he handled everything exceptionally well. Despite being busy, he remained calm, attentive, and professional while helping us and other residents at the same time. He took the time to answer our questions and made sure our move-in process went smoothly. We really appreciated Joaquin’s patience, positive attitude, and dedication. He made our move-in experience much less stressful, and we are grateful for all of his help. Thank you, Joaquin, for making us feel welcomed at Ascent Apartments!

Hello, my name is Jung Eun Lee, and I recently moved into this apartment community. During my search for a new home, I visited several different apartment communities, but personally, I felt that Ascent was the most comfortable, well-maintained, and pleasant place of all. At some of the other leasing offices I visited, staff were not always available or did not seem very attentive. My first impression of Ascent, however, was completely different. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to the Assistant Manager Chonathan and Joaquin. From the beginning of the leasing process all the way through my move-in, Joaquin consistently helped me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. His warm and courteous attitude made me feel that I really wanted to make Ascent my new home. He is truly a professional and dedicated team member who represents the best of Ascent. Chonathan Assistant Manager, also impressed me deeply with his humility, sincerity, and kindness. I was genuinely touched by the way he handled everything with such patience and care. Having a manager like him gave me confidence that this is a community that is well managed and truly cares about its residents. Even after I moved in, whenever I had a question or encountered an issue, he continued to respond with the same sincerity and dedication. Honestly, I can say that these two wonderful team members were a major reason I decided to move to Ascent. I truly hope they will continue working here for as long as I live at this community. Overall, Ascent is very well maintained, quiet, and welcoming. They also regularly organize fun activities and events for residents. I am very happy that I chose to move here, and I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend this apartment complex! I was helped by Tatiana Cruz in the leasing office and the process from beginning to end was very speedy and efficient. I toured two units and was able to snag the one I liked the most. The complex is clean, safe, and is across the street from the Safeway shopping plaza. Tatiana moved my application along very efficiently and helped me with any questions that I had along the way. I’m so grateful that she was the one that assisted me when I walked in for a tour. And, she continues to be there when I need assistance. 5 stars for sure❣️ :))

(Live Review – Will Update Over Time) Today another piece of best service by Raymond and Angel. The kitchen faucet was causing issues and replaced immediately by Raymond from maintenance team along with colleague Angel. This is a live review that I’m starting now and will continue updating over the coming months to give a real, evolving perspective of living at Ascent Apartments, San Jose. I first visited the leasing office at the end of April 2026 and moved in on May 2, 2026. From the very beginning, the experience was smooth and well-organized. A big reason I chose Ascent was the support from Joaquin at the leasing office. He took the time to walk me through multiple available units, patiently explaining the differences so I could make an informed decision. What stood out was how inclusive and thoughtful the process was—even my 7-year-old, who was with me, felt engaged and involved in choosing our new home. So far, the community feels well-maintained and welcoming. The staff has been helpful, and Joaquin in particular has been extremely supportive—his reassurance played a key role in my decision to sign the lease. At this early stage, I would definitely recommend Ascent Apartments for anyone looking for a modern, well-managed community in San Jose. The amenities and overall environment are promising, and I’m looking forward to experiencing more of what the property has to offer. Not only did he fix the leak, but he also helped address a few other maintenance items in our apartment. Angel was professional, efficient, and very helpful throughout the process. We truly appreciate his quick response and dedication to making sure everything was taken care of properly. Thank you, Angel, for all your hard work and excellent service!
